Chocolate Lust Cake
1 16 oz. pkg. semi-sweet chocolate pieces
1 1/4 sticks unsalted butter
5 eggs (separated room temp)
2 C. heavy cream
1 Tbl. sugar
1 Tbl. Raging Passion Pomegranate Hot Sauce
Grated chocolate

Heat oven to 375 degrees

Melt the chocolate chips and butter in a saucepan, stirring until smooth. Pour into a large bowl and cool slightly. Grease a 9" spring form pan. Beat the egg yolks adding the Raging Passion Pomegranate Hot Sauce , and stir in the chocolate. Beat the egg whites to stiff peaks. Gently fold about 1/4 of the egg whites into the chocolate mixture. Fold in the remaining egg whites.

Pour the batter into the pan and bake 12 minutes. Do not overbake! The cake will be very loose. Cool it completely in the pan.
